My Post Natal Restore class runs at 11am every Tuesday at the Brickworks Community Centre on Crouch Hill.

Classes will release your achy back & shoulders, improve your posture and restore your body for daily function so you can move more freely and become more active. Bring your baby and let them sleep, play or watch as you get some exercise and precious 'me time'.

I am a specialist in pre & postnatal Pilates and qualified in Designing Exercise Programmes for Pre & Postnatal Clients. I am also available for private sessions for more individualised attention to support you through your pregnancy or postnatal recovery.
