Pregnancy Pilates
I don’t currently have any group pregnancy classes running but I can offer private mat and reformer sessions in my studio in Monxton or I can travel to you if you live local to the Andover area. 1:1 sessions are a great way of offering more individualised attention to support you through your pregnancy or postnatal recovery.

Sessions will help you to stay strong, remain active and prepare your body for labour and new motherhood as well as easing out any pregnancy associated aches and pains. We will focus on gentle core exercises, targeted movements and breathing techniques to help maintain your body's strength and alignment during this time of great change to your body.
